Replacing SSAS?
Microsoft has not officially deprecated SSAS Multidimensional, but every dollar of investment goes into Tabular, DAX, and Fabric. There is no Microsoft cloud-native path that preserves MDX semantics. Fabric does not support SSAS Tabular, let alone Multidimensional. The remaining installed base (concentrated in financial services, insurance, manufacturing, and government) rebuilds reluctantly and pays a premium for fidelity replacements.
